I was invited to speak with Sam Believ on the Ayahuasca Podcast, earlier this summer. This was my first time meeting Sam. Every interview I do brings out new and different dimensions of my understanding and life’s work with astrology and psychology. In most interviews, I do not know what I will be asked ahead of time. This was true in this one as well. A part of me likes the thrill of not knowing where the conversation will go. It must be the therapist in me.

You will hear Sam say he is new to astrology and was a skeptic until very recently. To my surprise, he asked me to interpret some of his chart in this episode. We talked about many different facets of astrology and psychedelics that I think is both prompt and important to discuss.

I want to make it clear here. I do not ever recommend people take either ayahuasca or do psychedelics. That is a very careful and nuanced decision for a person to make. I also want to make it totally clear that I am not endorsing Sam’s ayahuasca retreat. I have obviously never been there since this was my first time meeting him.
