We recommend taking Trust Psyche courses in the sequence below in order to learn in a step-by-step fashion where your knowledge base gradually and thoughtfully builds on itself. If you do intend on taking several courses in sequence, consider purchasing a bundle to receive a 15-20% discount.

Initiation to Archetypal Astrology is the foundation of our curriculum, teaching you all the skills needed to read and interpret the natal chart, personal transits, and world transits. You will learn the fundamentals of the 4 pillars of astrology: the planets, the aspects, the signs, and the houses. This is the place to begin!

While the Initiation course above teaches the technical inner working of astrological symbols and chart mechanics, The Planetary Pairs focuses entirely on the meaning and interpretation of the 45 planetary combinations (e.g. Moon-Pluto, or Mars-Saturn). This deep and thorough psychological approach to the planets is one of the defining features of archetypal astrology and comprises the broad lexicon of our discipline.

While the The Planetary Pairs course examines the 45 possible planetary combinations and their spectrum of manifestation, Aspects in Astrology: Sacred Geometry focuses on how those planets come together in relationship. Jessica addresses these relationships from a clinical and therapeutic perspective, while Travis considers them under the headings of number, geometry, music, and cosmology–each a different harmonic approach to astrological aspects. The importance of the aspects–as the entities of relation between the planets–is another defining feature of the archetypal approach. So too is the wider focus on an encompassing cosmology that runs through the entire intelligent design of the universe.

Transit Astrology is an in-depth look at personal transits, one of the primary timing-techniques of astrology. After the moment of your birth, defining your natal chart, the planets continue to dance in the heavens as world transits, then coming into angular aspects with your natal placements–what is known as personal transits. While the natal chart is a snapshot of certain characteristics, tendencies, and psychological drives, personal transit astrology allows us to examine when and how those facets of self will be activated throughout our lives.

Because The Astronomy & Cultural History of Astrology requires no pre-requisite knowledge of astrology, it can be taken at any time during your program of study. However you will likely get the most out of it after having taken Initiation and The Planetary Pairs. This course grounds us in the long, rich, and fascinating history of our discipline, restoring its central place in human thought and spirituality. Our forays into astronomy show us just how central astrology was to the development of science as a whole.

The How to Read a Birth Chart Masterclass teaches you everything you need to know to run an ethical, compassionate, and successful astrological practice, whether that be professionally, as an adjunctive tool to another healing art or discipline, or simply in the readings you do for yourself and for others. This course need not be taken at the end of your course of study, though it does represent a climax in the Trust Psyche curriculum.
